Happy New Year!

This time without some sort of revolutionary proposal. Just the mandatory congratulation. May the next year be fruitful for all of us!

The Mahhalians do not celebrate the decadent outsiders' oddly placed new year. The proper, Mahhalian new year is logically celebrated on the Spring Equinox, September 20th.

In Makaska, however, we say Oiyokipiya omaka teca yero / Joyous time of the new earth

In the Ardisphere, we wish you all un prospero nuevo año & 새해 복많이 받으세요.

About the document, sorry for those who cannot access. Aparently i did it in some other email that is my brother's.

Here's the text in full:

Fellow comrades, ladies and gentlemen.

Blessed New Year to all! 2019 have been a pretty fruitful year and I hope Antigo in 2020 will achieve greater things, under the guidance of the Burkhanovs!

However, the strive for greater progress will not be easy this year. The Pretanic Imperialists for the past few months have erected obstacles that stand in our way. Nevertheless, we, the resilient, shall continue to overcome and destroy these obstacles recklessly set up by the imperialists who tried to annihilate us from the face of the world.

In the face of such threats, Antigo has started on its new revolutionary path, to continue to revolutionise our defences which are able to take on any offensive measures. We have steadily pushed forward reforms in our defence forces, such as taking great steps in designing our own ships to counter threats in the Pretanic Sea and designing new weapons needed to protect our sovereignty. We have also conducted a few successful tests of our short-range missiles and upgraded the submarines to patrol in the Sea and protect themselves from the Pretanic pirates. I also believe Pretany has seen the might of our soldiers, tanks and military vehicles in our much grander military parades in the past year, with the people cheering and in great patriotic fervour. All the people during our 80th year of Liberation, Hate Week and other celebrations have continued to be active in participating in such activities, vowing to destroy our enemies and defend the cause of the Revolution. This has inspired us to work harder in this new era, filling us with boundless energy to squash our enemies. Let us salute to these loyal soldiers and comrades willing to die for Antigo and to protect its hard-won liberation!

All of these are in response to Pretany’s stubbornness as a mule, who appeared open to talks and engagement but in reality trying to undermine us with their ridiculous demands, to which we refuse to bow down to. We will continue to resist Pretany’s moves of reunification and achieve peaceful, formal separation from the imperialists, and gain world recognition as a fully independent civilised nation. The time has not yet come, but it will soon. The formal split is inevitable, given the great differences between us and the people of Pretany. Pretany shall not underestimate the might and will of the Antigoans if they act aggressively against us. These cowards still hold dreams and hope to annex us and enslave our people. We shall not let that happen, otherwise, we will let down our forefathers, led by the Chief General himself, who helped liberate our people. I wish for Pretany to wake up from such dreams, come back to reality, and continue to seek peace for the sake of stability in the region.

We have also taken great steps in diplomacy, seeking new friends and strengthening ties with old ones. Our allies continue to affirm their commitment to preserving our survival and continue to trade with us, though heavily curtailed by AN sanctions. I will also like to thank them for their concerns regarding our state, often checking up on us and guide us in the right way. These ties remain important and we shall never abandon them.

Antigo continues to do well economically. New developments in the west and northwestern regions have brought increased production in goods, and thanks to advancements in science and technology, we have also seen increased agricultural output. Antigo remains committed to revolutionising our thoughts and understanding in science, will more investments into scientific development in this year’s budget. The new developments shall improve the lives of the people.

Nevertheless, as we continue to develop, ecological protection remains crucial. Steps have been taken in preserving the sacred Antigo River and the protection of the Rickorack Mountains. I will also like to congratulate on the reduced figures on waste this year, showing that Antigoans remain committed to living frugally and simply.

We shall also remember the lives of comrades and workers who continue to contribute to our nation in their various ways. I have also been visiting the countryside, listening to their views and opinions and their praise of our forefathers. Our military also remain committed to helping our people as well, even outsiders. For example, just recently, we have managed to rescue several stranded tourists from a sinking boat thanks to the prompt action of our River Patrols. I applaud their achievements made and send my best wishes.

Antigo will continue to develop and push forward in these times, overcome hardships and defend the Revolution. Let’s continue to work on tirelessly, remember the legacy of our Great Leaders and bring forward the values of AngSoc. I am wishing all of you a Happy New Year!
