Heyo, I’m PaintedBlue!

I map in the territory of Torola, a country in Tarephia that speaks Torolan, a romance conlang.

I currently live in the USA, but half of my family is also Mexican. I am currently learning how to speak Spanish.

I remember discovering this site after someone elsewhere mentioned it. Being curious, I researched it and soon began mapping in Mecyna. Nowadays, you will usually catch me mapping in Torola whenever I have the time and inspiration to do so.

I usually like mapping cities, airports, and railway lines. I feel fairly confident about natural mapping, but I always feel like there is extra room for improvement in all of my mapping regardless.

I use both iD and JOSM. I prefer using iD for smaller edits, like airports and inner-city roads, and JOSM for larger or more complicated edits, such as arterial roads, motorways, and natural features.
