It seems a shame that there’s no entries this week, I’d submit something for it this week if I had the time and opportunity, still on holiday though :c Would anybody have issue with me being the mod for these series of challenges? I’d like to see it continued in this format.

I’m very late, but I hadn’t notice that there was a new Weekly Word until today!
Anyway, I decided to quickly make a seafood shop, you can see it here.
I know it’s very small, but that’s because I hadn’t seen it before today.
@Aces California I don’t mind you being the mod for the Weekly Word, but I don’t really know what that means. The only thing I can come up with is posting the new word if nobody enters the challenge…

@Luciano: I’m glad to see you back. I personally love the submissions, as it gives me change to get inspiration from the hard work you’ve put in over the years.
@Aces and @Niels: I think the holiday season has definitely put a crimp in it, but I also think there’s been a general loss of interest. Maybe it’ll change now that the academic year is resuming, given the age of our user-base. I too would have no problem with either of you taking the helm if one fails to be successful. I wish we could keep these going moving forward.

I’m glad to see that it’s become active on the deadline ^^ Yeah what I’d do as mod is just talk with the week’s poster about just like extending the entry date, maybe send around some DMs to frequent participators. Just try to drum up activity if people have missed it being posted this week, like has happened :P Plus I’ll DM winners to make sure they know that they won and they can post their word.
Congrats Black Baron! Can’t wait too see where you take the challenge next :)
