The original block was for the intentional flouting of site rules. Then, there was the issue of the sockpuppets created to get around the block. We attempted to give you a way to rejoin the community, but this was taken advantage of. We had already seen clear instances of imported mapping and tracing in your recent BG01 edits. You were instructed to use iD because it reveals where sources are from, and because it makes it much harder to copy or import from other sources. We wanted evidence of your mapping—not things copied or imported from other maps. Instead you have decided to exercise an infrequently used iD functionality and import vector mapping that once again is most likely not original. At this point, our patience has worn thin. Knowing that you will continue find ways to import mapping from elsewhere means that a permanent block is our only way to prevent this activity.
