I’m trying to make a boundary square for a little place and I don’t know which one is supposed to be for a country/small town. I want to know which one will make its name appear. Here is location of the place.

What’s the average length/width of a house in meters? I’m trying to start making buildings, houses, etc… But I’m afraid that I’ll mess up the measurements. I’d like some help on this, thanks.
