Hey everyone,
If you have a hockey playing nation, check out the OGIIHF page in the sports portal of the wiki. OGIIHF is the international governing body of Ice Hockey. It is open to any nation regardless of continent or hockey history. Comment below if you have any questions.
If you are a hockey playing nation in Archanta, I am creating the Continental Ice Hockey League (CIHL). If your nation would like to add 1 or 2 teams from your major cities to the league, comment below and I will be happy to add you on the page.
More about the league: The Continental Ice Hockey League is an Ice Hockey league which was founded is Ismikk in 1990 in order to spread interest about the game and develop local players. Since the league’s inception, the league has grown to become a multi-national one, with teams in many countries. As of 2015, it is the only professional Ice Hockey league in Archanta, and attracts players from near and far. According to the OGIIHF, it is currently the highest domestic league for Ice Hockey in the world.

Zylanda has a national team for Ice Hockey and a national league. I think, one or two teams of Zylanda can play in this Continental league. My suggestion

I think Tircambrans (and others?) might dispute the “highest domestic league” claim! ;) It seems much more likely that the best leagues would be further north or south than the present CIHL countries, with hockey-friendly climates and a long tradition of playing the game.
Is the OGIIHF going to organize a World Championship?

Řots has ice hockey played in as well. Although I’ve seen a few matches here in Luxembourg (which play 3rd division), my knowledge of rules is however limited (as for any other sports), so I haven’t elaborated much yet, but I will think of some teams that can participate.

Østermark has an ice hockey league as well, although I’ve only built one arena so far in Mynninghamn. And I agree with Pawl on the logic of us having more hockey-friendly climates. Although like Rasmussen, I’m not really a sports fan. And practically speaking, I realize Østermark is probably closer to Ismikk and much of Archanta than Tircambry and nw Uletha. So I suppose Østermark could be interested in at least some exhibition games ;-)
