An important question

Posted by Fox Tails on 2 April 2019 in English (English)

So, I've been requesting UL082. I know for a fact it's not taken, as it says the owner is admin, but whenever I message the general admin for a territory, I never get anything in return. Not even a letter saying it's taken or that it's currently requested by multiple users. Can anybody help? (Note: I've been requesting since my account was 1 week old)

Hello, Have you requested recently? The admins have redone the territory request system and decided not to go through requests retroactively. Also important to remember is that now that only one admin is responsible for a smaller set of requests that it is possible for that admin to be busy with a variety of things in their real-world lives and that needs to be respected. If you have requested very recently, Sarepava (the East Uletha regional manager) seems to have been busy, and you may need to wait just a little longer for them to get back and attend to your request. Also, for this specific region a topic plan is required, have you sent one yet? You can see your full regional description here: (

I hope this helps, and I wish you luck!

I can see a request from you on 24 March, but it doesn't follow the procedure at - especially, it doesn't state the territory ID in the subject. That makes it really hard for the regional managers to pick it up from the admin inbox. For that area you also need to describe your plans and meet editing criteria.

Not all regions are the same - have a good read of and see if there is a better fit.

I would recommend resubmitting for a territory that you meet the requirements and making a submission per the procedure.
