OpenGeofiction
There is a chat thing called discord. It’s like a chat creator.
If we start a discord chat to talk about OpenGeofiction, it could be one of the great places to share plans about our nations, cities, highways, landscape, etc.
We could also do a discord chat for OpenStreetMap, TopoMap, or whatever.
If you think it’s a good idea, I can make the discord chat if you want and I will send the link when I am ready.

I’ve approached other OGF users about this previously, the main issue being nobody really has it, but I agree that at least for the collaborative projects Discord could be a great resource, or alternative, the Fur’s favorite of Telegram which I am behind too.

Not a bad idea although i’m more for IRC. No need to download anything, simple to use…pretty straight forward

I’m already using Discord for other projects and I really like the program. I think we should just call it OpenGeofiction.

Okay.
So, OpenGeofiction admins will become an admin on the chat. An application will be needed to become a chat mod.
I don’t know what I will be. I would still like to help manage the chats though.

I think that a forum would be more suitable as chat is more for discussions “here and now”, but OGF users are logging in on different times. It would be more sensible for a community of pepole who use it on one specified time, but why not ;) .
