Right now, I’m helping with the blue nations.
I like making highways and roads. I was interested in roads since I was little.
The only blue nation I helped with so far is Rhododactylia.
The Motorway system is amazing!
Opengeofiction is a great place to make fiction be seen.

Hah, same here. Thought I was the only one. As a kid, I drew tons of imaginary road maps and things… I wonder if a lot of people in this community did the same?

I use to pretend the interstate system was the world highway system and went around the world. Including the US routes as world routes.
I might show pictures of some of my old fictional maps soon.

Yeah, I actually did my best fictional maps on paper. I don’t have pictures saved at the moment unfortunately. But that’s why I was so happy to discover Opengeofiction.net

Me too! I drew a lot of fictional subway maps as well as maps of cities and small towns. I still have a lot of my drawings too. And yes, like Ernestpcosby said, I was very happy to find Opengeofiction. I couldn’t have found a better place to map.

I found Opengeofiction by looking at a forum site called “Ultimate Driving” on the topic - Where can I make maps? or something like that.

I did the same thing, I picked up my mother’s map of the city and read it for the whole car ride. then I drew imaginary maps.
