Nuclear Exclusion Zone?

I’m thinking about making a Nuclear Exclusion Zone just west of Elizabeth in my country. The layers won’t have loaded at the time of writing this but when they do feel free to have a look and give some feedback on the area size.
I’m just wondering if anyone has made a nuclear exclusion zone in their region which I could have a look at?
For information, the disaster which occured in 2017 would be a category 4 - so not as bad as Chernobyl but like the one I have linked down below:

Why wouldn’t the exclusion zone just be over a certain radius instead of a complex shape like you have there?

I was having a look on OSM at the Chernobyl exclusion zone and used that, thank you for that link too

In general would recommend OGF:Making realistic countries ahead of very specific features like this.
In the real-world any sort of exclusion zone is likely shaped due to terrain, prevailing wind and other factors. You do not have any of these.

I intend on making terrain in that area soon, it might be worth doing a 20km radius circle and then modify it according to terrain
