My original post seems to have been lost to the sands of time so…
I want to get back to the topic of the thread: MOLBURG/MOLÍBOR/MOLIBÓRZ/МОЛИБУРГ
I need your feedback for Molburg. Before i go further and mess anything up, and need your opinions on: location, layout, buildings, street layout(IMPORTANT), etc…
i am planning on the population to be around 500,000
I am really proud of my progress so far, but i am in need of opinions.

What do you plan on being the population? Figuring this out is the most important thing you can do IMO.

Very good and impressive beginning in my opinion. Looks really like old east-European town! Improve the castle, I think it will be great.
Do you need a relatively big industrial river port on such a small river indeed? Lážnica has approx. 70-80 meters broad, ang the depth hardly reaches 4 meters.
It may look loke this:
(actually river of Ural in Orenburg, Russia)
Only fishers’ boats or small passenger cruisers can fit in this river, but not trade ships.
Instead you should create a huge railroad hub, where your trains can bring goods for city, maybe something like station of Rostov-Tovarny in OpenStreetMap.
All I said is just a humble try to give an advice of what I see in this locality!
