What do you mean? Most runways can be used in both directions. Do you want to add the ref tag for your runway? Yours is 137°/ 317°. I checked it with JOSM, where the angle of a drawn line is visible in the bottom status line, but as runway refs have 10 degree steps, I normally do it by “guessing”.

So just add ref=14/32 to your runway.
