Theres only one thing i need help with. The boundries. Ive read the wiki many times, and i dont seems to get it. Can someone please help?

Boundaries are relations. Relations are not that easy to understand, or rather, they’re a different way of mapping.
Think of a square, four sides. Each of those sides could be a separate, untagged way. Together, there are no tags on these ways, on this object. But if you make a relation and tag it as something, then make all 4 ways members of the relation, (as long as the ways are connected), you will have a closed object that the software interprets as … whatever you tagged the relation as. That could be a country, a district, a landuse, a building etc etc. One big advantage is that relations have inner and outer edges, so they can have holes (or different relations) within them.
That’s maybe a different way of explaining it that in the documentation, but perhaps its useful.

The way I learned to map boundaries was to take a look at other people’s maps where they were established.
