So i really want to have this town, Záhorská Bystrica in Litvania. I want it on the other side of the Micheny mountains.
Its name really means “behind the mountainous-bystrica”.
Unfortunately it is a 2,500 people settlement in Slovakia. Can we make the exeption?

Well tbh rule is to not copy some obvious place names like Bratislava. Considering its size and etymology, go for it

It’s absolutely fine. It’s only a problem if many names are copied from one real-world area, or when they’re well known.

I think you can use less-known names of real places. To be honest many of Ligota’s names (including the city name) are named after real life suburbs of Katowice.

I think there is no problem about names. The real problem in OGF is copying OSM files.
