I think it’s fine as an interchange. However, I would smooth the curves a bit, as it looks a bit rough. I would also ask the question ‘when was it built?’. As the H45 is a motorway, and the R2 is a primary road, I would have assumed the R2 would have joined onto the H45, and not the other way round. However, if the H45 used to terminate there, it would be logical do build the junction like that when it was later extended.
Two things = If you go away from the main-road, the exit is most or ever to the right. And if the main-road is at a bridge, the exit it must be too. The fork must be on the same level. Please try to draw the levels clear, so that your roads looks better..
I draw your exit nearby in an other form. You can have a look and then delete it.
I see how your Suggesting me the interchange there nice work! its just i it so if you go straight you stay on R2 because that was the original Terminus in the history of the country.

The bridge on H45 used to be part of R2 and R2 was a primary road with a median down to Stamford and was upgraded and ramps where made in the 1970s

It doesn’t matter, most road junctions have a bridge over the rail tracks. Just draw it like a normal junction
