You need to add “natural=coastline” to your perimeter way (but I think the way itself needs a bit of tidying up - in a couple of places it deviates from a simple, single line). But even when you’ve done that it might take a few days to appear, because coastline updates are very slow at the moment.
And - important - the way of a coastline ever must run counterclockwise around the land. So I change the direction of the way. As Pawl wrote: tag this way too with “natural=coastline”.
What do you mean to read first all the items in the wiki at “Help and Ressources”? So you can learn to avoid a lot of errors and mistakes.
