Assuming by ‘nay’, you mean no, then no, Glaster doesn’t have any taller buildings (yet).
I will list some of the motivations for building skycrapers:
Conditions in your country. If your country has a lot of money, naturally its buildings would be taller. Take the skyscrapers in China, the Middle East and the USA, for instance. They build very tall skyscrapers because they can afford to, and they want to show how strong and rich they are.
The amount of space required. A country with a small population and a large amount of land suitable for building wouldn’t need that many skyscrapers. They build out, not up. Therefore skyscrapers only occur in the city centre.
The population of your country. A country like China has its major population centres focused on their eastern coast. Quite a lot of the rest of China is either mountains, deserts or jungles, which are not suitable for habitation. Therefore it’s logical to build upwards to accommodate for their population and their needs.
My country is quite a small country with a moderate amount of wealth, with a small-ish population and a lot of space. It has no need to build large skyscrapers. Sure, they look cool, but spending millions of Glastian Kraims trying to build a large skyscraper where it isn’t needed isn’t a good idea.
Consider this for your country, and you should be able to figure out the height and the quantity of skyscrapers for yourself. Or you could make things interesting by having something like this, or this in your country.
That’s 1 thing up there off the list. Next, check the other 2 options and then you’ll have a good idea of how high your skyscrapers are. Btw how did your country get so rich and industrialised in the first place?
(Well, considering location, there could be a small chance at oil reserves in Alderon? Maybe? That could be part of the explanation. Trade perhaps could be one considering its location along water and its potential as a shipping country; not sure about other ideas)
Graham City will probably have ones taller than that, but I imagine those to be more dilapidated (Graham City is like Freedemia’s Detroit, left behind by newer growth and experiencing a lot of “flight” from the city, higher crime rates)

I haven’t decided what this corporation does yet, but there is an observation deck that is open to the public (for a fee).
My tallest building is the Remiville Sky Tower in Remiville’s downtown area, standing at 2,007 feet tall. I don’t know about the tallest buildings in Eraede, Zerephine City or Shadowsnow City yet, since I didn’t work on them for a while
MY country has oil but since it is densely populated most Skyscrapers here are Residential towers to support the high density living that most of my country has. The average town in my country has a density of at least 5,000 people per square km and most of my inhabitants live in either very small houses that often have no connection to a road or high to medium rise buildings due to the fact that most people don’t own a car.

Then their is also the Millennium Tower for residential use in Downtown. It is 265m (800+) feet. It is an anomaly as most of buildings within the ring road are between 130m and 80 m. These buildings are densely packed wall to wall and create large blocks with parks/ greenspace on the inside of each building. The only other tall buildings besides Avewood Downtown residential buildings are Hotels. Although their are other residential and commercial areas with skyscrapers.

I imagine Abrilleron to be rich, but not too rich, a bit like Germany(East Germany right now maybe?).

Abrilleron is small, and on an island. So it probably has some kind of elevation in the centre. So not that much space.
Population
Very high. Around 2-2.5 million, which gives a population density of ~ 600/km^2. I might reduce the population though.
Result
Probably a few skyscrapers scattered across the islands, I imagine the tallest will be in the south of the country. The tallest will be around 400 m tall.
Bear in mind that being an oil exporting country doesn’t automatically give you a developed nation.
Some countries in OPEC, like Nigeria and Libya don’t have that high a standard of ling but still export lots of hydrocarbons. Regions like that can also be incredibly unstable. Look at the Middle East, for example. Oil has been a large motive for wars before. Take this into account. There’s also the fact that oil-based economies can develop massive wealth gaps.
The overall wealth of a country wouldn’t be representative of the general standard of living in an oil exporting country. Take Nigeria and Russia for example. Russia’s oligarchs have immense power and influence, but the rest of the country is set miles behind them. This is even more pronounced in Nigeria.

As for Quentinsburgh, I imagine One Fredrick Tower to be in the 60s for floors, Two Fredrick Tower to be around 50, and PTR Tower to be the tallest at about 75. http://www.opengeofiction.net/#map=18/-3.39314/-2.50254
