2000, but they would all be called Michael? But seriously, you have unfortunately got the scale wrong (look at the distance between the streets in your grid), given it’s obvious this is a US inspired city. That makes it impossible really to estimate.
Normally to estimate you’d base your neighbourhoods off areas in the real world. With the same sort of street density and building type you could then take the area of the neighbourhood and calculate a realistic population based on the real density of your inspiration.

Can’t say anything about the original question, but I don’t see anything wrong with the scale. Block size is about 100-200m, which isn’t unreasonable at all.

Stamford has roundabout 36 km² - if you have 10 000 each km² then 360 000 is possible.

Yeah that was my first City so its not as good as my newer citys
