The shape of the islands are nice, but it doesn’t seem realistic to have two incredibly long walking bridges to that small island. For that distance, maybe a small ferry. Also, I’d downgrade the roads on the island.

Umm, the scaling is to pot on the airport, unless it’s for landing UAVs ;)

Scratch that… it would only be for small general aviation; so you might just get a Dornier 228 landing on it. But still worth reading the wiki page, plus osm.wiki/Aeroways - for example a way, rather than area, for the runway. Plus the runway naming etc.

Sukarno is a pretty famous historical figure from real life, so it would probably be good to find a more unique name.
Also, if you want to learn how to map more realistically, use a real place as a model. Find some islands of similar size and similar situation, look at the roads and other infrastructure they have, take note of the size of different features, study the overall layout, and then create something similar. Not by copying the real islands, but building something that combines similar features in similar ways. Studying real life and imitating its patterns is the best way to get good at mapping.
