I don’t really see the need for that. Everyone should probably mostly adhere to OSM’s tag usage, just because we use their rendering tools. OSM tag usage will determine what is rendered on our map anyway.
I agree that it would be nice and interesting to have it, but that alone is not enough motivation for me to take on the additional work. If you really need it, you can probably set up something yourself using the export files from our backup site:
