So, the other day, I was looking at this area in the Territory I was about to claim. Can somebody revert the changesets this guy did to “Test the site” 2 months ago?

Do you mean AR120-04 or AR120-13?
You are not the owner of the territory, or am I wrong? So you are not allowed to delete/modify the map there. If you want to claim a territory, you have to wait for response.

It says 04, but the map location is in 13. I am not the owner of this territory, however as the user that did these changesets about “testing the publisher” that happened 2 months ago, his account was created 2 months ago. I have already claimed here, and this changeset is a part of this (hopefully mine) territory. If you can comprehend this part, it was a change made by an account under 7 days old in an available (at the time) territory. That was an illegal change, doesn’t matter who reports it, it still is.
