Hey!
Because Lake Áraquin is a lake and not an inland coastline tag like some older lakes, you don’t need to tag it as “coastline” or even as “island” like you have done, but you need to add it as a multipolygon in the lake relation. In iD, all you need to do is select the island, add the relation for Lake Áraquin, and set role to inner. Right now, your island will not show up on the map as it is not in this relation and is simply an empty tag.

In general for adding islands: https://wiki.opengeofiction.net/wiki/index.php/OGF:Rules_of_the_sea, but as has been said - this is not a sea. Instead: osm.wiki/Tag:place%3Disland#Islands_in_waterways_and_lakes
