So, I’ve created a university for the city of Jo’ae. It is the largest university within the Gagium Republic and it attracts students from across the world, having high standards. It can be found here: http://opengeofiction.net/#map=15/-31.5109/45.2412

Not bad so far, but it seems to be missing a bit of details. I’d suggest adding stuff like trees (nodes), wooded areas (if any) and maybe some plazas. Also, make sure that you make all the rectangular buildings have corners that are right-angles by going to Tools->Orthogonalize shape in JOSM, or click the Make Right-angled button at the bottom right corner in Potlatch 2. (I don’t know if you can do it in iD, since I’ve hardly ever used it) Also, you may want to consider adding more dorms, depending on how many students you want to have attending this university.

Yep, I’d just second compdude. It can be done in iD by the way, you just select the object and you’ll get a list of options similar to the way it is in Potlatch 2 and you just choose the one that looks like a square. Good start, though. :) I especially like the main building with all the connected halls.

(I guess the only other thing is if it’s the largest university in the country, you might want to make it a little bigger… depending on the size of the country :P)
