I made some edits on my island https://opengeofiction.net/#map=17/10.96866/37.26663, and it will only show on the Topo Map and Histor, not Standard. Any help?

Standard takes some time to render. History and Topo, though, can render within a couple of minutes. Give it some time, and it will render eventually.

In OSM, such workarounds are known as tagging for the renderer, and they should be avoided.
