I’m going to say no. You have a serious issue with scale.
This is your airport vs. the airport in my country at the same map zoom:
and there’s a bit of an issue in your city too
You can see that your Trade Centre is about the same size as a small theatre in my city and you’ve got a hospital on Muelle Street which is about the size of a bus shelter.

When I first started I just used Openstreetmap as a guide, the zoom levels are comparable between OGF and OSM.

But be careful - zooms levels at the same latitude are comparable OGF vs OSM.
Triangular airfields are an artefact of when planes needed to land according to wind direction. Look at commercial airports today and you’re most likely to find a single active runway. If more are required - London Gatwick has 40M passengers a year with a single runway - then it will be parallel to the first.
