After a month or two in which I modified to some extent Conabaras, having size issues, and even though it’s two months since I started, everything looks very simple and so easy to modify. Let’s see what I have in Conabaras:
Sanelta Islands (http://opengeofiction.net/#map=15/10.8913/37.3413)
Sanelta Islands, which is simply what I have called the Diomede Islands (Two Islands between USA and Russia) If they were in the tropic. I’ve built 4 cities there, and one tribe reservation. Nothing really special is going on, but it’s possible to take a ferry to Nalassa, or just fly over to there. These islands were originally supposed to represent something similar to Fiji. These islands are about done, however I plan to add a few more hamlets and villages, and transform the tribe to a village.
Nalassa (http://opengeofiction.net/#map=14/11.1829/37.0563)
The resizing project cut about half of what I wanted, however it seems so that everything was so small compared to other nations. In any case, Nalassa is only taking it’s first construction steps, and an airport already exists. Not so far there’s a war city and a reservation. Nalassa is the capital of Conabaras, and ironically it is the least worked on currently city. Hopefully now everything is resized to the normal size.
Habaus Island (http://opengeofiction.net/#map=13/11.3304/37.0274)
Though there isn’t much I can tell, this is my current project. The island is meant to be something like a Buddhist island, where everyone in the south of the island is a monk, or believes in the local religion. The local people practice meditation in the Antare temple, however the rest of the city is a tourist bait. From the city of Habaus you can enter to the tribal territory, however it is supposed to be a modern-yet-tribal city (yes I know I’m adding tribes everywhere, but check the wiki page). This is yet to be added.
Otherwise, everything is going well, and anyone is welcome to open relations with Conabaras, and you can build your own embassy in your country and my country if you want. Opinions are welcome too.

It’s a good start. Here are a few things to note:
Your countries seems like a fairly poor country with a worsening economy, yet it has several motorways across the country and even in the small island. This is unrealistic. Look at Myanmar, which seems fairly similar to what you are aiming for. They only have one motorway in the entire country. If you look at their capital, they only have one runway in their airport. Your airport has 3 runways- also unrealistic, especially considering your population (which is a separate issue).
Secondly, the population of your country is ridiculous. 548,000 people for the type of country you are emulating? Unless the country really is just a group of tribes, this is far too small. Also, population simply does not work like how you have written. By building a new city, the population does not simply double. It seems in this case, you are basing your country’s history on your edits on the map. The stats and such you have written in the wiki should not be based exactly off the amount of mapping you have currently done but the hypothetical state of the country once the mapping is completed.
There are some other statements on the wiki which also seem unrealistic. The standout one is that the Nalassan mayor is practically rebuilding the city despite being in the middle of a war. They would almost certainly wait until the war finishes at least. Again, don’t base your history on the current state of the map. Also, in no case would an entirely underground ‘War City’ be practical. It would cost too much when the focus during war would be on paying for an army and it wouldn’t provide much protection.

I had a look at the Sanelta Islands, and I think there is a major size/scale problem. What you describe as cities are no more than small villages, and, at about 1.4 km2, the whole islands aren’t big enough to hold more than a single small town. Even in a highly developed country, there would be no need for any motorways on islands this small.
The islands’ airport runway is 2.5 times shorter than what is billed as the shortest runway in the real world (Juancho E. Yrausquin Airport (SAB), Saba, Caribbean Netherlands). Other than helicopters and STOLs, I’m not sure what planes could land there (but I am not an aviation expert!)

I think the Sanelta Islands do not need motorways, why would a motorway be constructed to travel a distance of less than two kilometers?
