I just got a country, and I tried to rename it from TA336 to Tangua, but only the boundary name changed. I did every thing the wiki said, but it didn’t work. can I have some help?

Updates take a little bit of time to kick in, especially at higher zoom levels. You’ll see it change over eventually - give it, say, half an hour or so (more if you zoom out further). Another trick is to clear the cache when you reload the page to update it (Shift+F5 on some browsers). That way you’ll force the browser to load the most recent updates to the map that it has, although you may still have to wait for the server to update.

First of, I assume that territory was given to you by an Admin? Otherwise you clearly had not been going through the rules or FAQ on here. Assuming you followed the correct procedure, another general remark; while it’s perfectly fine and encouraged to ask for help from the community, especially as a new user, I also feel like in the last couple of months the number of “low effort/quality” posts on the diaries has been rising. Changing a country’s name is an issue most users have trouble with in the beginning as it involves working with relations, and that is often hard to get used to for new users, and at the same time it’s one of the first things everybody wants to do, so no shame there.
However, it would help if you were somewhat more precise in what you were actually doing. Again, not meaning to be picky, but you clearly haven’t done “everything the wiki said”, because then you would have worked through this handy wiki page which actually explains it in much detail. I wouldn’t say that I would have been able to follow the instructions on there after only a few days of mapping experience, never mind without using JOSM, but if you need help it’s best to describe what you actually did or with what part of the instruction you struggled.
Last but not least, the rendering of tiles, especially at low zoom levels, might actually take quite some time (think days in some instances) to update.

that is not the wiki page the admin sent me, and also i meant that i did everything on the wiki PAGE, not the entire wiki, sorry!
