## Invitation for the establishment of diplomatic relations
Foreign Office of the Federal Kingdom of Montran invites sovereign states to establish diplomatic relations with the Federal Kingdom of Montran and to open embassies in the Kingdom. Foreign Office will guarantee a land for construction of the embassy or will assign an existing building.
