I’ve now finished the small town of Harcourt. It is a rather small town of 8000-9000 people. The town is, in fact, the largest town in Glaster without a rail link, with the southern section closing in the late 60s and the northern part in the early 80s after a period of decline.
I’ve been practising drawing the transition from urban-rural. I hope I’ve got it right. Please feel free to evaluate my work!

Yes, very post Beeching and then post 80/90/00s build on the land. Scotswood Rd probably would just disappear at the south end, rather than a junction?

@wangi Thanks for the feedback! I’m glad you can figure out the history of Harcourt.
The current motorway there is an upgraded section of Scotwood Road. However, I’m considering downgrading it to a primary road as I can’t really see a use for it.
