I advise strongly against this. A city needs to have much more than agricultural power to provide for its basic needs. If you want an area with only French farmers, then make the area much more spread out- not a city.

@ales I don’t think so there are any cities in the real world with only farmers, forget French farmers. Maybe make a small town or village instead?
