Highway Numbering Similar to the numbering system in the USVI we can use the following numbers associated with their corresponding Islands.
Lonowai Island will use LW-1…LW-4 and LW-10…LW-39
Small Islets between Lonoway Isl. and Jyūkotsa Isl. will use LW-40…LW-49
Jyūkotsa Island will use LW-5 and LW-50…LW-59
Unnamed Island and Rusty Peak Island LW-7…LW-8 and LW-70…LW-89
Bohini Island, Molokini Island, and associated islets will use LW-9 and LW-91…LW-99
Principal roads and Freeways Single Digits are reserved for Principal and Freeway routes but other numbers can be assigned to freeways as warranted. Some islands are far to small and have limited traffic so a motorway would not be appropriate on those islands. (i.e, Bohini Isl.)
To be honest I don’t think there’s any more funding available for highways in Lonowai since the LW-4 completely drained the transportation budget, haha. ;-) I’d love to hear the story behind that road.

Re: Names - Of course Lonowai has the same multicultural thing as the rest of Gobrassanya, but I thought it might be interesting if the native Lono people were somehow related to the people of Onnutu and maybe that could be reflected in giving some of the names a similar sort of feel. From that perspective, all four of the proposed island names look vaguely Onnutuan (as do a number of the other names that already exist in Lonowai) so I like them all.
It might create some interesting tension if the islands have strained relations with the mainland and maybe there is even something like a Lonowai independence movement rumbling beneath the surface.
