Street Grid

The entire city including Streets and avenues have been redeveloped to a mile grid system with 16 blocks per mile (330 feet by 330 feet) (bacically a 1.6km X 1.6km grid with approx. 100m X 100m blocks). Development of the city will continue out towards the airport and along the Gulf Shore. adherence to the grid can be looser the further away from the city center that the city grows.

Major Districts

In addition a new seaport was built to the east of the city, along with a major industrial area just to the west of the seaport. Railways are to be connected to the rest of the network.

Another Industrial District will be built near the airport and also to the west of the Downtown area.

The capitol area has also been constructed

A major commercial district ( Mall, Shopping centers, Retail Big Box) is planned for the area immediately adjacent to Lawrence Parkway and A-602

Airports

The airport has been appropriately sized down to a smaller footprint and 5 runways instead of 6 but maintains the overall layout of the original airport. It is still quite a bit oversized comparative to the size of the city it serves but could be considered a major hub airport for Northern Gobrassanya.

 Motorways and Major Highways

Motorways have also been overhauled as well… A-2 serves the Gulf Front and Downtown.

A-602 (loop - partially completed) connects to the middle of the city.

A-35 was extended northward

A proposal for a new motorway to the weest of the city s also in the works but will be added as development occurs to the west. Recommend using a NP-XX designation for any additional motorways

Assistance is needed in further development of the city If anyone wants to add new neighborhoods. Especially south of A-602 and to the East of A-35 and in developing a mass transit system
