When making ward boundaries (or county boundaries, etc. drawing the lines will not suffice. you need to create a relation that wraps around the entire ward, county, state, and add the lines to the relation and then give the relation the tags rather than tagging the lines themselves.
Additionally … going over the same boundary line TWICE or THREE times for two or three adjoining territories is not appropriate. The same line can be drawn once and just added to the various relations after the fact. it is the proper way to draw and assign boundaries. If your boundary is a river, then just use the RIVER line as the boundary instead of drawing another line over that line, just segment the portion of the river that is the boundary and add it to the appropriate relation(s)

As long as Gobras City and Gobrassanya are “blue countries,” open to all users to edit, I think it is probably quite unrealistic to expect people to make perfect boundary relations when working on ward boundaries, etc. Relation work is quite challenging for beginners, and it takes a while editing before one can figure it out. I was using OGF for almost a year before I really mastered the boundary relation concept.
For all I know, my own work in Gobras City (from two years ago) includes the types of offenses you mention - I abandoned collaborating in Gobras City after some negative interactions with other users there, so I never returned there to “clean up” my previous work as my mapping skills improved.
In the past, I too have been guilty of complaining about other users’ work in blue countries. I guess I regret that, now. Maybe it’s more productive to just quietly repair (or delete) the work of newbies if it’s an innocent mistake, and for repeat offenders, try to discuss the issue in a private channel - it’s easy enough to find out who is the user responsible for given mapping problems, using the history function in JOSM.
You could also contribute to the documentation of how to do relation mapping - it could definitely use some improvement, and we could probably stand to improve the visibility, consistency and coherency of “how to” documentation in general. This is a community of volunteers. Everyone can contribute in areas where they have expertise or ideas.

I’m pretty sure a lot of those messed up boundaries will be of my making - before i was up on the relations.

no worries LUCIANO and WANGI, i wasnt trying to be harsh or negative, I am actually in the process of going through and reworking these into proper relationships. I happened to run across these on 9/5 and its been a little challenging to go thru and make all of the updates because some of the boundary lines became a little fragmented by edits. (some of them mine in the past when I was building the reversible carpool lane on A 60). But I have completed alot of them.
