I’ve started a wiki page for an international organization called the “Developing Nations Forum” which is open to all low-income/developing countries.
The main point of the organization is really just so we can get a sense of which countries are low-income/developing and where they’re located, so anyone with this type of country should please go ahead and add it to the member list.
There’s also a list of former members, so if your country may have been considered low-income/developing anytime since 1968 (but not today) you can choose to add it there instead.

Can you give me a list of things that makes my country developing? I want Lallemand to be developing and I want Hoppon to have been considered undeveloped till 1970s. What do you think makes a nation developed.

There’s no strict definition, but the Human Development Index is based on health, wealth, and education, so generally people in more developed countries would tend to have a longer life expectancy, a higher standard of living, and more access to education.
The question of whether to list a country or not really comes down to how you want other OGF users to perceive the country, whether you want them to imagine it as being rich, or poor, or somewhere in between.
