OGF equivalents of IATA and ICAO (old title: International Airports of Tarott)

Here they are, finally, the wiki articles about the two international airports of Tarott:
Tarott-Kemburg International Airport
Tarott-Hipplanken International Airport
I will work on international flight connections soon. Thanks to all who already established international flight connections to Kalm. In most cases, Tarott-Kemburg certainly is the main destination of your airlines in Kalm.

Feel free to add Pyingshum to your list, if you wish to establish a connection :) I probably have to do some basic scheduling work too some day, as international air travel seems to become a very well developed feature in OGF xD

Now, I don’t know how does it work, but I’m willing to establish a connection to Nederstat-Bernt van Ree, and maybe Mutstat-Mutstathafen from Kemburg.

@Leowezy: thanks, I’ll do that. @tule00: thanks as well. There’s nothing special you need to do, just imagine your airlines and stuff. :) Then you can create the respective wiki articles. And there you can mention the connections to Kalm. I will do the same with your cities, once I create the wiki articles about my arilines.

I really like the template - I assume we are free to use it or adapt it?
One thought: can we change IATA and ICAO to geofictional equivalents? … maybe:

@Luciano: I like your ideas for the equivalents, maybe they could appear at the Airports page in the wiki where it currently just says “code”?
While the IATA code is composed by 3 letters that usually have to do with the name of the airport or the city where it is located, the ICAO code is somehow different, since the 2 first letters of the four-letter code have to do with the continent and sometimes the country where the airport is located. Maybe we could do something similar.
I painted the map just for us to have an idea, here the first letter would have to do with the region and the other 3 could be chosen by the user:

@Luciano: Perfect proposals. I created the first draft of the ANACA wiki page. @deltanz: Wonderful map. I included it to the ANACA article and I will adapt my templates. Of course, I will include Malojdeh to my list!
@Luciano: I used this template made by user Zwinek. It’s clear for me that we can copy templates within this wiki and adapt them to our needs. So feel free to do so with my template as well. Seeing that at least a notification about the usage of other people’s templates is nice, I will send a message to Zwinek regarding the issue…

Wow, I forgot about the work Zniwek had done. Thanks for resurrecting it.
I have used the template and written a little article for one of Villa’s two main airports, JAM - the one for which I had a better idea of recent history, etc. I think the other airport, AAK, needs major redevelopment - it was one of the earlier things I built in OGF and it has some scaling issues with the terminal.
Anyway thanks to everyone for their great work!
Is there any chance that map by deltanz could be altered slightly, so that the AVACA prefix-letter for the region of Archanta including the Ardisphere includes “F” rather than “D”? I have already tagged about 20 airports, including runways, relations, etc., with four-character ICAO codes in the pattern “FAxx” (based on Federación Ardesférica). It’s not a requirement, that’s just my laziness speaking.

One more thing, if not one disagrees, I’d like to proposed Malojdeh, the capital of Neo Delta as the headquarter of ANACA. It would be the first international organization to be located in my country, and I’d be honored to host it!

Thanks for the map work - looks good. I split the columns in the “Airport” table just now, which should make it easier to maintain and check for duplicates.
I think Malojdeh is a great idea to host ANACA. Go for it.

And on the original note about flights to and from Kalm’s airports - Air Wiwaxia has long had one flight daily from Wiwax-Pargiter International Airport to Tarott-Kemburg International Airport, just FYI.

Oh, feel free to add Sean Bond International Airport in Quentinsburgh, Freedemia to your flight lists as well, Joschi81. We would be happy to have a direct link on whichever airline that is based out of Kalm. :)
