It looks great joschi81. It’s basically a Kalmish ‘enclave’ inside the Sathrian territory. Maybe they have a different language/customs or something…

Impressive creation, just like what you did with Tarott. Speaking of Tarott, I have a question: How did you come about the process of said city (the streets, topographics, etc.) ? Did it all come to your mind or inspirations from other cities?

Nice, it reminds me of Campione d’Italia on the Swiss/Italian border. You have a real talent for this.
Expanding on JBstad1’s comment, it would be interesting to hear not only about the process for Tarott, but also anything you can share about your general process for how these places come into your mind, how you make them so realistic, etc.

About Tarott: I don’t know, if you noticed it, but in the most parts it only looks good when you don’t zoom in too far. :) It was imported from a vector-based file. Exclusively for you the last version of the (unfinished) file - before I imported it to OGF: Tarott (PDF) Still much work to do to get all names to OGF, to “join” the endpoints of roads and so on.
As for my “strategy” when creating such: that’s hard to say. I would say: it all comes to my mind. But I think creating fictional cities is always a reflection of different urban environments we experienced in our lives, saw on maps or read about. So there might be some places that have a real world sibling, but in a different context. I always call it “new combinations of all (existing) urban variables”.
I started making real-looking fictional city maps about 20 years ago. And I had a huge collection of “real” city maps as inspiration. So I think it simply takes quite a while to get to a (quite high) realistic level.

There’s a little bit of Monaco here as well, having a harbour. I would like to know where the rail line to the east will go. Does it cross the water or terminate at another settlement further on?
