I got a small county to map in the Federal States of Archanta. Since I can’t write in the wiki and haven’t found any answers there I have to ask my questions here:

• are there common standards how to map motorways/trunk roads and railways, e.g. regarding the distance of lanes or tracks?

• I’d like to draw farms and farmland. What should be the typical size of a farm and farmland in this region?

• how to determine the width of rivers? I know the corresponding explanation in the wiki, but how to deal with rivers coming from/going to other states and don’t possess a reasonable width?
