I also have this type of problem with the OGF Wiki. I have made two accounts in the Wiki but even though I try my E-mail, username, and password, it doesn’t work.

For JOSM, only your OGF username/password will work. Have you tried the configuration shown in the FAQ? Have you followed the steps in the video?
For wiki accounts, the wiki main page states: “New users receive a wiki account when they are assigned a territory.”
