Map position in wiki-articles

Currently I use a self-made template to link map positions in wiki-articles.

The following options are available:

{{MER-coordinates … name of template

name = … displayed name

logo = … displayed logo (link to file) or “no”, if no logo

zoom =

latitude =

longitude = … coordinates and zoom

node = … or node number

}}

Is it also useful for your articles?

It’s a nice widget. If it could show way and relation ids (along with node ids) it would be even more useful. Thanks letting us know about it!

Thank you Luciano! I recently updated the template with way and relation tags:

way = … or way number

relation = … or relation number

Recently I have also added the option “layer = {H, R, T}”, feel free to use the template :)
