I’ve changed it some hours ago, but it still does not appear on the map (the name is still AR014).

Do not worry. In lower zoom level you can see the name [http://opengeofiction.net/#map=16/-17.2076/123.3842]. In higher level please wait a while.

It is best to use JOSM to edit the country’s name from AR014 in the Relations window.
