If it’s no trouble, could I get some kind of feedback on this area I’ve been mapping for a few months now?

I’ve been mapping in my territory Ablecia for a little while now. My main area of focus has been the city of Newbyford in the North West of the country, along with some smaller towns and villages I have created between the city and the Montgomery Wood area.

Anyone with a few minutes to spare, I would happily take on any feedback about my mapping, along with any constructive criticisms you may have!

I’ve been mapping since the 4th of January, which was a week ago. I understand that I am able to request a country to own after 7 days, but am unsure how to do it? Please help as I am eager to start!

Is there something I’ve done wrong or will it just take a few days for it to appear?

I created a small island called Felipina a few days ago, but I created it in an unauthorised region and so it was moved by an admin. Now it lies off the west coast of Hammersmith, in the Isle of Charlington.

The issue I’ve discovered is that - while the roads and docks I created are still fine and proportioned - the outine of the island itself is a ‘line’ and not an ‘area’ meaning that I cannot fill it in.

I shouldn’t need to explain the complications that would arise with a network of roads that are placed into the middle of the ocean with no land to support them, so I would like to know if there is any way I can change the coastline to an area without having to completely redraw the shape of the island! (It took me a while)

Just wanted to thank people for the warm welcome - I know the internet is often a hostile place so I was pleasantly surprised reading the comments on my last post!

I have since realised my error in creating islands outside of the blue zones - thank you for correcting me and it shan’t happen again.
