For the history of Ingerish-speaking peoples, a good place to start is the Timeline of Ingerish colonial history which helps us figure out how this language spread from Ingerland all over the globe. For the Castellanese part of Riko’s history, you could start a similar timeline for that language.
Once a number of languages work out their histories, it’ll be easier to begin integrating all of them into a single timeline.

I cleared up the confusion with Pretany and their Ingerish language/city names. Pretany was used as a prison colony at one time (not unlike Australia) after the pretanic king at the time was threatened by invasion if Ingerland wasn’t allowed to open prison forts throughout the country. Basically, Pretany was Ingerland’s first prison colony, without free roaming prisoners, until 1765, when they were all set free in the country.
