So somebody helped me move my city and there is a piece of land for sale that could be useful also it would be helpful you guys could help me develop mt growing town
there is also a big prison just south of the military airfield

With due respect, your 2 local airports have 100 -meter runways. Even for small sports planes that’s a bit on the short side. Try to check some local airports near you on OpenStreetMap or some other airports ‘here’ on OGF for proper dimensions.
You have an awful lot of Law Enforcement in your city, by the way: multiple police stations, court house, prison (too small and too irregular) army base (with proper runway length)…

I could see the law enforcement as feasible. I have a couple of cities that have similar law enforcement presence. One small town has a Town Marshal’s office, a district Constable’s office and a Sheriff’s Office substation.
Manchester has it’s own municipal police department. The city is also the county seat and the Sheriff has his HQ in town as well. The county electorate also elects constables and the county provides an office for the constables as well in town. The Reagan Highway Patrol also has a district HQ in town. Also the Reagan State University has it’s own police department.
The Maraduke Special Service District on Grand Beason Island is allowed by Special Act to employ or contract for enhanced law enforcement upon referendum of those who reside and own property within the district.

Actually, you are all right. It’s maybe a personal thing - I have not mapped any law enforcement so far. More my errror than yours.
What strikes me is that all plots of land are trapezoïdal rather than rectangular ?

I tried to make them more squarish but I don’t want to take the time to fix it but I will see if I can fix the runways
