While surfing the map I noticed strange archipelago in the extreme south of Hesperic ocean (70 degrees south latitude!). They are not marked by “UNDER CONSTRUCTION, DO NOT EDIT” sign, so they are not neither Kartumia nor Tarephia, and also the islands are much more detailed than western continents.
This and this mappers have already build sth like settlements (with beaches, lol, at 70° S. lat.). What do you think about it?
UPD: looked up the history; that was isleño’s islands’ test…

The green border on the map is nature reserve.
I tidied up a whole load of misplaced stuff in the oceans a few weeks back - it’s amazing where people add things!

I think it has something to do with Glacies Australis. I’ve readed before about those islands in another diary entry, but I don’t found it.

This area has been created as a space for people to build “Antarctic” features such as glaciers, research stations, penguin rookeries, ??? It isn’t open for editing just yet — I’ve been waiting for the current newbie wave to subside a bit. Look for an announcement soon.
