Love the new route generator, which shows the gaps in the international roads network in sometimes quite dramatic fashion. Have a look at the distance between the Utterland town of Luikenberg and the Isztiarnorszag town of Szarvasko. Approximately 150 km as the crow flies, but an eye-watering 2080 km by road. Do I advocate linking our countries’ road networks? Depends how everybody feels about that.

But this topic make me think about my road networks too. Should I name all the exits in my motorways? Usually I name it in a single point at the roads confluence…

What a great tool. The commute from Valkaria to Gobras City is similar to my real one. 24 minutes from the furthest southeastern Gobras City suburbs to the city center seem very fast.

Yeah, it’s using the speed limits, rather than an estimate of achievable speed. Hence the quick times.

That happens when I tried to find the shortest road from Farahda, Singkangia into Westport, Wintania. Previously it went one round north into Kulangke then Ripon, then down Ying Yang Road then into Westport.
