Hi there. I’m still working on Aŭstrasuno Tero. I’ve been modifying the coastline, but OGF lasts too much in update it. Also I had many problems on it, principally with JOSM, which wasn’t updated. I recently updated now. In other hand, there are some glaciers and rivers on the territory. It may look somekind of odd, but its because the coastline isn’t updated.
About the language, I have decided to take two languages for the nation: Mahhalian in the north peninsula and Esperanto (“Esperintish”, trying to figure out in OGF) in the south peninsula. In the middle there should be an status quo between both language, just as happens with spanish and catalan. Not sure if maybe will derive into political troubles, but it is just too early for say that.
It is all for now. I’m still working in new maps.

Me gusta mucho su nuevo país. No hay suficientes glaciares en otras partes de OGF, y realmente da una sensación para el frío en estas latitudes. Está muy bien que dibujas el territorio antes de que las ciudades y pueblos, y especialmente la red de carreteras, es lo que traté de hacer en Udenarrat, aunque eso probablemente no es una buena comparación si quieres un país ‘normal’. Lo que se encontrará si asigna más extensas características naturales es que se necesita para crear relaciones a lo largo de las fronteras, en lugar de dibujar polígonos. Es una habilidad para aprender esto, pero si quieres un paisaje en lugar de un mapa con muchas áreas en blanco, es realmente la mejor manera de hacerlo. A más largo plazo, las relaciones son mucho menos trabajan, todo dicho.
Algunos pensamientos sobre la distribución de idiomas. Tal vez, porque Mahhalian y Esperanto será tan diferente sería mejor pensar en la diferencia de ser más como vasco / castellana de castellano / catalán. I really like your new country. There are not enough glaciers elsewhere in OGF, and it really gives a feel for the cold at these latitudes. It is great that you map the territory before the cities and towns, and especially the road network, It is what I tried to do in Udenarrat, although that is probably not a good comparison if you want a ‘normal’ country. What you will find if you map more extensive natural features is that you need to create relations along the boundaries, rather than jut drawing polygons. It is a bit of a skill to learn this, but if you want a landscape rather than a map with many blank areas and some filled in, it is really the best way to do it. In the longer term, relations are much less work all told.
Just a few thoughts on the language distribution. Perhaps, because Mahhalian and Esperanto will be so different it would be better to think of the difference as being more like Basque/Castillian than Castillian/Catalan. There will also be very clear indications of the people becasue the languages are so different, so this may help you. But the ‘Esperantish’ language should be a colonial language, probably coming from Uletha (so possibly a combination of different nationalities of colonists, coming together and developing in Aŭstrasuno Tero - but I’m sure it could have other origins if you wanted it to.

Thank’s for the comment. Before continue I have to say that I have a problem with my borders, or I’m not sure of what could be, because the name of the country doesn’t appear in the map. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong so I may ask for help with this becuase the relations and the borders are somekind of confusing.

I noticed this yesterday when I was standardizing maritime boundaries in the area. It looks like Aŭstrasuno Tero has two boundary relations for some reason, and one of the relations has multiple copies of some of the boundary ways. Another issue is the part where you share a border with Mahhal along the northeastern side, so you might want to ask Luciano to help sort it out. I thought I might try fixing it myself but was afraid to risk messing up the Mahhalian border.

I’ll go in and look around. Actually there may be some issues with the Mahhalian border, too - I have been neglecting Mahhal lately with my focus on Ardisphere.

Following up: I made an attempt to fix the Mahhal / Austrasuno Tero maritime border. Let’s see if that fixes the name display problem.
