Aŭstrasuno Tero: construction of a geography - part 2.5

The capital city, Aŭstraĉerfubo, is still in developing and I have new ideas around another cities like Delta Insulo and Hesperico Marborda, and another new ideas around the geography, inspired in the comments of the last diary entry. So now it is time for a new diary entry, still focusing in natural geography, but now trying to figure out some more human aspects.
Lets start with the actual state of editions:
It may left so many things, such as an airport, the industrial areas and ports. From now I announce that the ferry routes are open from the capital to another cities at the other side of the strait.
Before continuing, there are many aspects to solve about the island:

Does it belong to the same archipelago where Mahhal is? Is a whole chain of islands from Koberro at the north to Mahhal in the south? What is the agreed for this in the geography of Antarephia?

Around the island, it is between two oceans, Asperic and Hesperic at the north and south respectively, but Is there a name for the channel of strait between Aŭstrasuno Tero and Mahhal?

What is the name of the whole Island? Is something that I should name freely?
For now, there are a lot of things without name. For example, there are more than 100 islands sorounding the main shore. I’m open to receive names for naming of islands, rivers, water bodies, peninsulas and capes, peaks, forests, and another geographical aspects.
It is all for now, there will be more things to imagine about :D .

When I first acquired the islands that became Mahhal, there was a single user who owned all of the islands west of Mahhal (all the AN150a-k). He had named this unified country “Harda” and I incorporated the name “Harda Archipelago” into Mahhal’s geography and history. So in my mind the A150 islands are called “Harda” but I’m not sure what the individual islands are called. I think you are free to name the island you are on.
For the channel between Aŭstrasuno and Puh (Mahhal) feel free to name it… if you tell me the name’s meaning in English, I’ll come up with a Mahhalian translation and we can make it official.
For ferry connections… it wil probably be a long time before I develop the urban infrastructure in Mahhal, but feel free to draw some ferry lines across the channel where you think it might be logical, noting the location of large cities on the Mahhalian side (but remembering that ferries aren’t always “main city to main city” rather, they follow the logic of the geography): Pahharahap, Ahamallassar, and Jwr Jwraom.

So, the whole archipelago is Harda. That’s an interesting name. I think the name of the channel will be Puh: Puh Channel, maybe Puha Markolo in esperanto, depending of how it is pronounced. The Ferry routes that may cross it from Norda Haveno (I’ll change the name of this city to Verdamarborda Haveno) and Aŭstraĉerfubo to Ahamallassar and Mahamon Porik, there no seems to be another accurate place to go though this places looks empy. But there is no urgency for it. By the way, are there embassies between the OGF nations? About the name of the island, I’m still thinking on it…. (Rigby Island, jaja, just kidding…).

Pronunciation of Puh is /pəʔ/ (the -u- is a schwa, not a latin “u”). Perhaps in Esperanto it would be best approximated as something like “Pat” or “Pot” - since Esperanto only has five cardinal vowels and no central schwa-type sound, and no glottal stop?
Please don’t worry about where to draw ferries - use your own idea or judgment - we can always move things around later if I make some decision about where I would like a ferry terminal to be.
Mahhal Marine Highway would perhaps share operation of international ferries with whatever companies or agencies you create for Aŭstrasuno Tera.

Its looking good. I’ve also been using the term ‘Harda archipelago’ so I think we should go with this.
Kėzėpölān is on hold for a little while, and will be redeveloped slightly differently, but meanwhile I do have some list of indigenous language names from the coastal areas of Southern Antarephia which might be incorporated into place names in Aŭstrasuno Tero - if that made sense to you.

Actually the indigenous names would be a lot of help on purpose of naming the geography of the region. They may be adapted to esperanto and mahhalian, according to its meaning.
