So I figured it out a while ago, but I feel bad now that I forgot to tell anyone about it, so I’ll just say it the Canadian way:

Anyway, in order to put the Babel language boxes on your user pages on the wiki, you have to do it a bit differently. Since (it appears that) a lot of Wikipedia’s features aren’t built into the OGF wiki, most language templates are missing, so I just entered them manually:

It was a problem I was facing. Even copying the Babel form other users, as Lucinao and Tom M7, it did not work to me, mainly because my native language, pt-BR.
Happy it is fixed now, but I still will use my “brasilian way”, wit ha .PNG file hehehe.

The key is to copy the templates manually that you want from wikipedia. For example, for my Babel to show es-5, I copied the template for that language/level from wikipedia and created the template in OGF’s wiki: http://opengeofiction.net/wiki/index.php/Template:User_es-5
It’s just cut’n’paste. A little bit tedious but it works fine.

Try a Babel to “pt-BR-N”. It did not work to me here.
But I am “happy” because I increased my Babel in that .PNG file, hehehe
