I'm back

Posted by CaboAzul on 14 April 2019 in English (English)

After a year-long hiatus, I have finally come back to OGF.

Things I plan to do in the near future:

  1. Keep working on Vertbourne (In baby steps)
  2. Keep attempting to get a territory, preferably very small and isolated.
Location: 8.843, 138.515

Welcome back!

Good luck on Vertbourne! I like what you've done from before, the focus on details is appreciated and the buildings looks great. The only complaint I have is that the buildings seem a little close to the street and the yards seem a little large.

I thought I might as well help you catch up with "current events" on OGF, although you probably figured out some of these already:

Since you were gone, the system for getting new territories has changed. It now works by "admin regions" where prerequisites for getting territory vary, but generally the one-week rule has been lifted in favor of requiring a certain level of mapping and a thought-out plan. You can check out some of the new updates here: https://wiki.opengeofiction.net/wiki/index.php/OGF:Admin_regions

There are new admins now as well, with stjur, Sarepava, BMSOUZA and wangi joining the admin team and Luciano, IsleƱo and joschi81 on breaks.

I just thought I'd catch you up with what's changed in the last year (wow, the forum is really over a year old now?) and give a little more of a comment than you asked for, and I hope you enjoy being back!

Best Wishes, Infrarrojo :)

You may want to consider coming to Antigo.
