Buildings shouldn’t be attached to the roads (There are some distances between roads and buildings!). Oversized offices (Southeast, also remember that 1 100mx100, block ≠ 1 building! Look at real life examples). Motorway. Personally I think there’s too much commercial landuse. Maybe redraw the coastline to make it more real. You shouldn’t cover the entire country in grassland (Even if Arlo did it). Too blocky, add some out-of-the-grid roads like Broadway.

I agree with iiEarth, that motorway either needs to be upgraded with grade separations and on/off ramps, or downgraded to a trunk or primary road.

I think to get that London style the road layout should be far less grid-like and symmetrical.
